Our mission is to introduce the Melbourne food scene with a fast and vibrant modern revamped Ottoman cuisine, with emphasis on wide Vegan options. We create dishes inspired by the food of the Ottoman Empire, which stretched from East and Southeast Europe to the Middle East and North Africa between the 14th and early 20th centuries.
In bringing our food to Melbourne we aim to be as sustainable as possible. We prioritise and source local produce, use environmentally friendly packaging, and reuse what is possible. We also recycle and compost. We will aim to be carbon neutral and convert kilometres driven to invest in “green” projects.
Our team is made up of people from Israel, with Eastern European and Balkan backgrounds, and Australian born foodies.
We cater for private functions, weddings, and special celebrations.
